PROTECT RIGHTS OF PROPERTY OWNERS.

As your representative, Justin has supported the Eminent Domain Amendment during his tenure in the House of Representatives. In 2011, Justin and a majority of the House voted to place the amendment on the November 2012 ballot for the voters to decide whether or not it should be added to the North Carolina Constitution.
